I had heard great reviews online about Ott Family Jewelry, and wanted to give them a shot with this bracelet. Not only was the price great, but it’s phenomenal craftsmanship and came within a week of ordering it. Will absolutely be doing business again

It did not come with a label or a stamp stating its authenticity however, they are way larger than expected and I didn’t realize they are screw in’s.
They look amazing tho.
Initially received the wrong size, but OFJ corrected the situation. The 26” is great as you can easily slip it over the head (and I have a big head). It is also great for layering. Quality products and service

Quality is fine. But I ordered the wrong size and I’m stuck with a small chain since there are no returns. I can do nothing with it other than bringing it to a jeweler and getting like 40 dollars credit for it. 👍

We did receive your email, and we apologize for the delayed response. However, we do have a strict no-return policy that is explicitly stated on our website prior to purchase.
We're glad to hear that there are no quality issues with the chain itself and that you're happy with the piece — it sounds like it was simply a matter of ordering the wrong size. Had we been notified of the sizing error before the order shipped and was delivered, we absolutely would have been able to honor an exchange. Unfortunately, once an order has shipped, the shipping costs have already been incurred — and those are non-refundable.
We operate on extremely small margins, which is how we're able to offer price points significantly lower than the competition. Because of that, we simply aren't able to absorb the additional costs of return shipping and restocking due to an error on the customer's end. That's why we make it a point to clearly state on our site that customers should confirm their sizing before placing an order.

Ordered 8" inch bracelet ended up being closer to 7.5.
Excellent quality chain, it has occasional kinking but those can be worked out easily.
This was my first purchase from OFJ (recommended by reddit). The site was easy to navigate and I found exactly what I was looking for. Product arrived a few days later than expected but only due to local postal service delays. The chain is beautiful and exactly as described!

I discovered OFJ after perusing a big online influencer/brand. Saw some forum posts mention their satisfaction, and even Russell plugging himself. I opted to purchase from OFJ and am glad I did. Bought a similar chain to what I originally wanted for a fraction of the cost, so I also picked up a pendant and bracelet. The original chain alone would have cost more than all I purchased from OFJ. Definitely recommend. Shoutout to Russell for doing good business.
