Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible after payment is confirmed. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, restocks, or other circumstances. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will reach out to you directly via email.

Orders placed later in the day may not begin processing until the following business day.

Domestic Shipping

We ship nationwide via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on the item. Delivery times vary by location and shipping method selected. Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.

Tracking information is provided via email once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

We do ship to PO Boxes.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide! If you are located outside of the United States, please contact us at support@ottfamilyjewelry.com prior to placing your order so we can provide accurate shipping costs and estimated delivery times.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Signature Confirmation

Signature confirmation may be required for high-value orders at our discretion.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, or if tracking shows delivery but you did not receive your order, please contact us at support@ottfamilyjewelry.com within 48 hours of the delivery date. We will work with you and our shipping insurance provider to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Ott Family Jewelry is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. However, we will do everything we can to assist you in filing a claim.
